Privacy Policy

When you apply through our form we collect the details you submit: your name, email address, current role, target companies, hiring timeline, optional LinkedIn URL, and your primary goal. If you work with a coach, we also keep the notes, resume drafts, and interview feedback created during your sessions.

We use your data to respond to your application, prepare and deliver coaching, personalise AI interview feedback, and — only with your explicit permission — introduce you to hiring companies. We do not sell your data.

Your profile is shared with a potential employer only after you approve that specific introduction. You can withdraw from any process at any time.

We rely on third-party providers for hosting, database storage, email delivery, and AI model processing. They handle data on our instructions and only to run the service.

Application data is stored in our managed cloud database with access restricted to authorised team members. Access is protected by authentication and row-level access rules. No online service can promise perfect security, so we ask you not to send sensitive documents such as passports or financial records through the form.

We keep application data for as long as you are engaged with us and for up to 24 months afterwards, so we can pick up where you left off. You can ask us to delete your data sooner and we will do so unless we are legally required to retain it.

You can request a copy of your data, correct it, restrict how we use it, or have it deleted. Contact us and we will respond within 30 days.

Our site uses only the cookies and local storage required to keep the site working and your session active. We do not run advertising trackers.

On your first visit we ask for your cookie choices. You can accept all, keep only strictly necessary cookies, or customise each optional category on its own:

• Strictly necessary — always on. Required for security, session handling, and submitting the application form.
• Usage analytics — optional. Anonymous, aggregated statistics about which pages and features are used, so we can improve the coaching experience.
• Performance analytics — optional. Load times, Web Vitals, and error sampling so we can find slow or broken pages. Kept separate from usage analytics so you can allow one without the other.
• Preferences — optional. Remembers choices such as your last viewed section or partially completed form.

Your choice is stored in your own browser — in a first-party cookie and in local storage — so the banner does not reappear on every visit. It expires automatically after 6 months, and also resets if we change the cookie categories, at which point we ask you again. To change it sooner, use the “Cookie settings” link in the footer. Every toggle is saved and applied straight away: scripts in a category you switch off stop running immediately and their cookies are removed, without needing a page refresh.
