These terms explain what 3csmartware provides, how our free-to-start model becomes a paid subscription, and the responsibilities we each hold.

1. Who we are
3csmartware is a technology company providing AI-powered software solutions and career development services for software engineers. Services are delivered through our three divisions: 3C Smart Talent, 3C Smart AI, and 3C Smart Software.
2. What we are not
We are a coaching, training, and software services company. We are not a licensed employment agency, immigration advisor, or legal advisor, and we do not sell jobs, guarantee employment, or take payment from you in exchange for an offer. Any placement collaboration with a hiring company is disclosed to you in advance.
3. Free to start
Coaching intake, resume review, and AI mock interviews begin at no cost. You are never charged before the service has created measurable value for you — such as an interview, an offer, or your own decision to unlock advanced features.
4. Subscriptions and fees
When a paid plan starts, the price, billing period, and included deliverables are shown before you confirm. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled, and you can cancel at any time from your account or by contacting us. There are no hidden fees or surprise charges.
5. Community contributions and rewards
Referral rewards, placement revenue shares, and coaching bounties are paid only for contributions that comply with these terms and applicable law. We may withhold rewards for fraudulent referrals, misrepresented experience, or interview misconduct.
6. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information about your experience, to represent yourself honestly in interviews arranged or prepared through us, and not to use our tools to impersonate another person or misrepresent your skills.
7. Intellectual property
Coaching materials, frameworks, and software we provide remain our property and are licensed to you for personal use. Work products delivered under a signed software or AI development agreement are governed by that agreement.
8. Limitation of liability
Career outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
